Based in Warrington, PA, Lentzcaping, which was founded by Al and Christen Lentz, evolved from a commercial landscaping business into one of the largest providers of access mat rentals and vegetation management services for public utilities in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
Newpark Mats & Integrated Services is the largest manufacturer of composite mats in the United States and sought to expand its transmission and distribution mat rental services business in the Mid-Atlantic region, making Lentzcaping an ideal fit.
Gosin M&A ran an innovative and robust transaction process, securing offers from both strategic and financial (private equity) buyers.
