Who We Work With.
We’re looking for introductions to entrepreneurs and business owners who run businesses that generate between $5 million and $100 million or more in annual revenue. Those businesses are likely to generate between $1 million and $25+ million in adjusted EBITDA (i.e, profit).
Our Target Price Range.
We represent clients whose businesses are typically valued in the $5,000,000 to $125,000,000 range, with most of our transactions falling in the $5,000,000 to $50,000,000 range.
